Our FLAT RATE policy includes: the travelling fees, the diagnostic and unlimited labor. The only other possible charge would be for a part if needed or for a repair requiring 2 technicians.

We make every effort to possess all the necessary parts required in our trucks inventory in order to complete the repair of your appliance the same day of our visit. However, in the event that we would need to order a specific part for your model, the second visit is also included.

Therefore we will come back promptly to complete the repair completely FREE OF CHARGE.
